NIKE & ASICS

Purple Star emoji 22 items
Ok so they are a global brands, yes. They have enough advertising and endorsements but seriously they are the best runners out there in my opinion when talking middle or short distance wanting something light weight and optimal for speed and comfort. Nike does it well, guess that's why they are so well known and I feel warranted jumping on this bandwagon. For lateral movement and anything cross training and needing a little more ankle support and stability I go the ASICS. Thee babies are a little wider in the sole and perfect for Netball, Tennis, Basketball and Cross Training. By their powers combined they are the perfect footwear.

For running it is always going to be NIKE for me. yep i know they have enough hype on their own but my recommendations are purely from application and for the joints, stability, cushioning and weight you cannot go past NIKE

ASICS

ASICS has been my childhood friend and saw me through my competitive netball days! She is now perfected with the Netburner and no one does the ankle support, court traction or durability the way ASICS does. I love the quality and they easily last a season if not 2 (depending on your competitive level and surface)

KIDS

They are growing and need the best shoes for bones and joint health. Our kiddies fly though shoes, I get it, but it is not worth scrimping on the shoe just cause it won't last more than a season. With growing joints and bones the cushioning, support and balance is essential for proper formation and gait. These are my little ladies repertoire
