🧠 Focus & Workflow Support
These are the small but reliable things that help me stay focused during long admin shifts. From time-blocking to reducing screen fatigue, they keep my brain clear and my work pace steady without burning out halfway through the day.
I added these to cut down on eye strain since I’m in front of the screen a lot. They’ve made evening work sessions feel easier on my eyes

I like having a physical planner I can see while working. I write out what I need to handle for the day client tasks, reminders or small admin goals.
Sweetzer & Orange Gold Meal Planner & Grocery List Notepad
I use this to break up long work blocks. It helps me stay focused and actually take breaks instead of zoning out at my desk.
Cube Pomodoro Timer, Desk Productivity 5-60 Min
I keep one on my desk to make sure I’m drinking enough water throughout the day. It sounds simple, but it actually helps me stay alert and avoid burnout.

You can’t sit in a dining chair all day. I upgraded to something like this when my back started getting sore. This one has lumbar support and a decent cushion. Not too bulky but still supportive

This has helped my posture a lot. It lifts the screen to eye level so I’m not constantly looking down while working on emails or documents.
Nulaxy C3 Aluminum Detachable Laptop Stand
I use this to plug in multiple devices without unplugging things all the time. Makes my setup feel more organized, even though it’s simple.

My built-in laptop camera was grainy and too low. This type of webcam makes a big difference for calls.
NexiGo 1080P Webcam USB 2.0 to Type-C
I use this when I want to jot down quick notes or work off paper. It’s a basic tool that keeps things neat, especially when I don’t want sticky notes all over the place.
Slim Clipboard Storage Box - Officemate
I keep this nearby for days when lighting is bad and I want to look more presentable. It’s small, simple and makes a difference when you need it.
