Denver has incredible Gluten free options - you can pretty much close your eyes and point and find a great place to eat. I've put together a few of my favorites along with some fun places to stay and things to do!

Food
It was just us and the owner (who was hilarious) Food was great, they have GLUTEN FREE DOUGH on request, and there are signs everywhere for when someone did something dumb
Full Afterburner Calzones
I talk about this waffle at least once a week. Yes, Boulder is not Denver, BUT IT IS WORTH IT
The Waffle Lab
They can make everything gluten free. It was amazing - huge portions too!
Honey Basil Asian Grill
Great place to stop for easy bites before catching a show! It has a strong post office happy hour vibe so it's a lively professional crowd with great service and clearly marked gluten free items on the menu
Stout Street Social
Things to Do
Although I do not drink, the history and experience here was well worth the trip, and a fraction of the cost of other distilleries around
Stranahan's Whiskey Distillery & Cocktail Bar
You can't visit Denver without venturing out to Red Rocks - we both went hiking there AND saw a concert
Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre
Loveland is mostly locals so it's less of a tourist trap than other ski hills might be. If you're new, they have a fantastic lesson, rental, and lift ticket package
Loveland Ski Area
Where to Stay
This was a really cool hotel where every floor is super themed (we heard there is a horror floor but we did NOT try it out), loved the stay!
The Curtis Denver - Themed Downtown Hotel
Stay in Evergreen, CO at an adorable apartment style lodge for easy Denver access but also easy skiing access. It's walking distance to Evergreen, which has all the cute small town charm you could want, and an easy drive out to Loveland
