Immersion plus filter makes a nice flavorful brew. When your done brewing, just pull the filter out and store your coffee in the jar. This does leave some fine sediment, but the flavor is really good since some of the coffee oils remain in your brew.

Blue Bottle was early to the cold brew market. They have specific blends for cold brew (try the assortment to find your fave), and also New Orleans style blends, which include chicory. Chicory adds an earthy note to cold brew.
