I have contact dermatatis on my nostril folds, whatever those are called. And on my undereye area. IT SUCKED. So I had to build up a routine to annihilate it. Here it is. It's accessible, cost-effective, and it lasts a longass time. Plus, I get a lot...

These are in the order I use them. I use a lot of Cerave products. Hope that helps. If you have any suggestions/recs, feel free to comment.
First things first. Used off and on for a long time but now it's the only one I need. I did use Brickell Charcoal Face Wash for a long time until I realized the fucking charcoal was causing a black-oil clumb of tar basically blocking my drain. So don...
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser - Face & Body Cleaner
Fantastic product. Use them everywhere, even on where the dry skin was. In fact, ESPECIALLY there, because they exfoliate. My skin never improved so much until I was using these on the problem areas. Of course, I need HA and moisturizer to balance it...
Stridex XL Face Body Pads, 90 Count - Amazon.com
Also very pleasant to use. I don't use cotton; I just splash it in my hands and apply it like aftershave with a circular motion. Glorious.
Hydrating Toner: Balance Your Skin - CeraVe
You take a tiny amount of this and mix it in three tablespoons of water, ‘frigerate it overnight, and then you have about 50 doses of facial serum. With this Nutricost tub, I’ll have about three trillion doses before I need to buy another. It's frick...
This is what I use. Yes, it's cheap as frick. I might upgrade when I run out. But it's nice to use. Just make sure you tuck your lips in or it'll burn 'em shits. I use it 3-5 times per week and only at night.
Eclat Renewing Retinol Serum for Face 1oz
This was the only moisturizer that didn't cause some kind of horrible blockage or other disgraces.
PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion
It's like, does it really work? I'm not sure. Is it a nice part of my routine? Yes.
Eye Creams for Dark Circles, Puffiness & Fine Lines | CeraVe
I smear some of this shit over the dermatitis area (nose, nostril folds, sub-eyelids, upper bridge of nose [H area]) each night.

Get ready for the simplest crap on the planet. More or less.
Yup. That's the one. Been using it for 20 years (I'm 43, so that's not an exaggeration). I use 7 pumps each time I wash, which I do about once a week. You can use the sulfate-free one if you want to. I prefer the original.
Head & Shoulders Shampoo & Conditioner
For some reason this has become hard to find in economical sizes. But it's my favorite. Recently I did switch to Cerave because it was more affordable (in a larger pump bottle). But when this goes on sale, you can bet your BUNS i'm stocking up.
Head & Shoulders Classic Clean Conditioner 10.9oz
This is on my supplements list. But I've been taking it for a long time so I'd be remiss if I didn't list it here.
Zhou Hairfluence Vegan Biotin Hair Supplement
This is basically what I have. You use this to work the conditioner into the hair and to keep the hair straight in the shower. Because what you don't want is to TANGLE IT UP LIKE A TUMBLEWEED in the shower, only to have to brush that shit out later.
Kitsch Wide Tooth Comb for Curly Hair
When I get a bad hit of ‘druff (usually from washing my hair only once a week), this is the big guns. Also, when I have a recurrent beard itch, I use this. SCREW BEARD OIL. IT’S A SCAM.
