Restaurants
These are some of my top picks for great food when you are visiting Kentucky!
This is the best burger in Kentucky, maybe the United States. The mussels are pretty good too. Louisville KY!
Old school drive in dining. American favorites, on the low!
This is a restaurant and entertainment in one. They have tons of classic arcade games, and really good pub food.
The best fish and chips in Louisville.
Taco Luchador is one of my favorite local places. It is located in Louisville ky and everyone swears by it!
This is quite the dive, but so worth it. Their food is authentic and amazing. Located in Louisville KY
Stoney River is a chain, but there aren't very many and there is one in Louisville, KY. It is hands down the best steak I have every had.
OTG is a great place in Eastern Ky that has a little bit of everything for everyone. It is a favorite as well.
This is a local brewery that has some of the best beer around. You can find this beer on shelves outside Kentucky as well, but this is where it all began.
Site Seeing
This list contains some of the best places to visit while you are in kentucky. I included site seeing, nature, tourist attractions, museums, and more!
Cumberland falls is absolutely stunning. It is also a very easy site to see with mostly level paths. There are many other trails to hike for increased difficulty. If you come at night you might just see the moonbow!
The first ever KFC was in Corbin, KY and there is a museum/restaurant for it! Add this to your list of places to check out in Eastern KY

The hiking in Red River Gorge is unrivaled. Make sure you check out Natural Bridge, the best site seeing hike.
Mammoth Cave takes after it's name, meaning it is huge. There are several different tours with different difficulty. They do have an easy trail most people could do!

The Louisville Slugger Museum is a must see if you visit Kentucky. This is where Louisville Slugger Bats are made. You can also pick up a tiny bat as a souvenier!
