I have sensitive acne prone skin and this is the list of items I use to keep acne at bay.
I use this coconut oil to remove my make-up, but I apply to my skin before using the face wash regardless of whether I have on makeup for the anti-bacterial properties.
Handcraft Fractionated Coconut Oil - 100% Pure & Natural
This has helped my acne tremendously. I had to start off using a pea sized amount every other day until my skin could tolerate it. However, now I use it nightly and my acne is usually gone!
Differin Adapalene Gel 0.1% Acne Treatment
I am obsessed with how light weight this is for acne prone skin. It is super hydrating but doesn't leave me feeling oily. I use this as my nighttime moisturizer.
Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Water Gel Moisturizer
I love Vaseline for my skin, lips, and eyes. I use it nightly as a lip mask and sometimes sleep with it on my face as an overnight mask.
Vaseline Petroleum Jelly Original
This is the moisturizer that I use in the AM, it has SPF to protect against sun damage, and isn't too heavy.
CeraVe AM Face Moisturizer SPF 30, Oil-Free Face Cream with Sunscreen
This is the product I use as my cleanser 90% of the time. It leaves my skin clean, exfoliates gently, and makes it super soft.

I am obsessed with this for when my skin needs extra hydration. It makes it sooo glowy.
