Acne Prone Skincare Routine
I have sensitive acne prone skin and this is the list of items I use to keep acne at bay.
I use this coconut oil to remove my make-up, but I apply to my skin before using the face wash regardless of whether I have on makeup for the anti-bacterial properties.
This has helped my acne tremendously. I had to start off using a pea sized amount every other day until my skin could tolerate it. However, now I use it nightly and my acne is usually gone!
I am obsessed with how light weight this is for acne prone skin. It is super hydrating but doesn't leave me feeling oily. I use this as my nighttime moisturizer.
I love Vaseline for my skin, lips, and eyes. I use it nightly as a lip mask and sometimes sleep with it on my face as an overnight mask.
This is the moisturizer that I use in the AM, it has SPF to protect against sun damage, and isn't too heavy.
This is the product I use as my cleanser 90% of the time. It leaves my skin clean, exfoliates gently, and makes it super soft.
I am obsessed with this for when my skin needs extra hydration. It makes it sooo glowy.
This is my go-to exfoliator. I don't use it every night, but when I am feeling dull.
Makeup Routine Favorites
I am a pretty simple makeup girly but these are the items I am loving!
This is my favorite cool-toned blush. It isn't dramatic but adds the perfect flush of color.
I love this primer to use before mascara, it makes my lashes so much longer. I also have blonde lashes and it helps the black show up bolder and easier.
This is my go-to foundation for a fuller coverage. It is labeled as medium coverage but for me it's more of a full.
This is my favorite foundation for lighter wear in the summer months when I don't need as much coverage.
This is my favorite concealer, I love that it covers up darkness and doesn't crease.
This is the best highlighter for pale skin. I have a difficult time finding a highlighter that isn't too dark and I'm obsessed with this.
This is my go-to foundation for a lighter weightless coverage.
This is hands down my favorite mascara, it gives volume, length, and dimension. I haven't used anything else for the last 5 years.
I feel like this primer is the key to making my makeup last all day long.
I am obsessed with this. My lips stay moisturized for so long!
