Reducing my (and my family's) toxic load plays a big role in how I heal my autoimmune, and keep us all feeling our best. I don't use a huge amount of products-- my favorites are all multi-purpose (as you'll see below).

Clean home
I choose products without toxic chemicals to clean the house. They may be pricier than conventional, but it's worth the price to stay healthy.
I use it to make hand soap, I put it in the kids' bath, and I put it in a spray bottle for all-purpose cleaning around my house.
Whole Naturals Liquid Castile Soap
While I love that this cleans and disinfects, and is completely non-toxic, my absolute favorite aspect of this product is that it obliterates the pee smell in the bathroom (boy moms, ikyk!)
Ready to Use Value Bundle
Works great, love that it's free of harsh chemicals
Natural Laundry Detergents - Biokleen
Works really well, too. I buy the big jug at Costco, and love that it's free of harsh chemicals
Eco-Conscious Laundry Detergents Powered By Plants - ECOS®
Perfect for boosting the laundry
20 Mule Team Borax
I add a squirt of this to the laundry because I imagine my kids bringing home all sorts of bacteria (or maybe having dirty butts LOL)
Bac-Out Natural Cleaners - Biokleen
Clean body
I always choose products that are clean (that don't contain toxic ingredients) for myself and my kids
I love how it makes my hair feel, it doesn't get too oily. AND I shave with it too 👌👌
Smoothing Castor Oil Conditioner for Silky Hair - Giovanni Cosmetics
Smells delicious and makes our tresses soft and silky. My eldest son has really long hair that gets greasy and tangled up, so this works like a charm once/week to clear it up.
Rosemary Purify Clarifying Shampoo - Pacifica
I like how it cleans my hair and how it smells. I only have to wash 1-2x per week.
PureZero Clean Color Care Shampoo
The mint is strong enough, but the main reason I like this is that the whitening is actually good. This is the first “clean” whitening toothpaste I've tried that actually whitens my teeth.
I use a few every day! Stella for under my eyes to cover the dark circles, and then for my eyelids, I use one or more of the following (although I'll probably end up collecting all of them eventually): Aurora, muna, anise
Brilliant Eye Brightener™
It does look like lash extensions-- AND it doesn't flake or run, and it's so easy to remove.
Liquid Lash™ Extensions Mascara
I use this mostly under my eyes, but if I have a spot I want to cover, or I want full coverage for a special event, then this works great for that too.
Buildable Blur™ CC Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 40
I have this in 3 different colors; it glides on easily enough, stays all day, and is easy to wash off.
Infinity Waterproof™ Eyeliner
Not as clean, but I don't wear it that often. I love it though, for when I want to look more “made up”
KVD Beauty Tattoo Liner
Convenient and works well, and once again I feel secure putting this product on my skin.
