Fall is my favorite time to read. I usually try to find a few books each season that “feel” like Fall or Halloween. This could mean horror or just a cozy autumn feel. This list includes all kinds of books that I’ve read before that I think are perfect for Halloween and Fall - ranging from some classics, to books aimed at younger children (even infants).

A mix of the books that have stayed with me, from childhood favorites to recent reads. Each note is a quick snapshot of why it mattered to me: memories, feelings, and lessons I took from the story. Hopefully you’ll find something new here that hits just as hard for you.
