We really loved these. They were a big hit with my oldest son when he stopped by. I doubled the recipe so I could freezer them. The only thing I did different was I did not scramble my eggs I just mixed them into the batter.

My middle son used to love Mc Donald's breakfast burritos. I found this recipe and he really likes them says it taste just like the ones he used to eat. Made them and frozen some for him.

I like to make these and have in the freezer. I did not use the yellow food coloring but I did add a splash of vanilla. I used my dash waffle maker to make these. My family likes them better than the store bought ones.
