Potatoes are the perfect addition to my breakfast. I like to dice them and make hash browns for a savory breakfast. The baby potatoes are helpful because they can get softer faster without boiling them.

Sweet potatoes are a great alternative instead of regular potatoes for a bit of both sweet and savory. I dice these as well and add some olive oil, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and cornstarch in the air fryer for a couple of minutes!

Avocado toast is the best in the morning for a quick breakfast! All you need are a couple seasonings, lemon or lime and your sourdough bread, I recommend The Rustick Oven brand, it's soft and delicious. You could even pair this with an egg.
