This book is real. IMO it's like listening to a friend; the author has created a space within a book where they can speak directly to the reader (yes explicitly) that helps lower their guard, be open to change.

I actually recommended this one for men. I did read it and it had good advice but personally I felt like he (the author) was speaking to men, which is great but I'm not one.
