This is one of the machines that I use for my 3D printing business. The other one is a CR6 SE. The reason why I haven't recommended that one is because it has been discontinued and is very difficult to get.
This was the first 3D printer I purchased. This machine is very reliable and easy to use for a beginner.

These are the tools that I would recommend. However, your printer may come with these tools. If they don't come with tools here you go!
