As a gym girl myself, I have found it difficult to find essentials for the gym. It can be overwhelming when first starting the gym so these are all my essentials to get you ready to become the perfect gym girl you have always wanted to be!

For this list, I added all my favorite skin-prep favorites that have absolutely changed the game for me; I used to have makeup that would fade off 30 minutes after I put it on and dry up but once I started prioritizing my skin prep routine, my skin has never looked better and my makeup has never lasted so long and looked this amazing. The order of products is extremely important, so I made sure to organize this list from my first step to my last step, with the first step being the grape water moisturizing mist and the last step being the glowy super gel.
