Classics
Books that have stood the test of time and remain ever relevant
Just read it, nothing more to say
1984: 75th Anniversary|Paperback
Another classic. Not as good as 1984 but still holds up and is relevant to this day
Brave New World|Paperback
My favorite classic book. It works perfectly as a soviet revolution allegory
Animal Farm: 75th Anniversary Edition|Paperback
May not be some peoples thing since its heavy on the worldbuilding and terminology, but if you like that then I highly recommend
Dune|Paperback
Not as much action as you would expect but still an interesting and well written read
The War of the Worlds|Paperback
One of my favorite classics. It is very well written while not being overly complicated
Frankenstein (Penguin Classics)|Paperback
Modern
Non-classics that rival the greats
I`ve only read the first one but it was great! Great mystery with a nice bit of romance sprinkled in.
A Good Girl's Guide to Murder Series
More adult than the movies but still a read I recommend, especially if you`re a fan
Wicked: Volume One in the Wicked Years|Paperback
May not be what you`re looking for and the amount of characters make it confusing at times, but it is great if you like BL or Chinese mythology
Heaven Official's Blessing: Tian Guan Ci Fu (Novel) Vol. 1|Paperback
I loved this series when I was a kid and still do. It might even be better than the movie, which is saying a lot since the movie was amazing
How to Train Your Dragon (How to Train Your Dragon Series #1)|Paperback
