I'm on the road 300 nights/year. Here are some of the products we use to make our lives easier. Still a work in progress. Check back as I'm still building this one as I look around the hotel room and my bag for what I'm actively using.

If there was only one thing you get from this list, THIS IS IT. Portable 120v oven. Only draws 45w, so it works on the airlines, car inverters, in addition to hotel rooms, and at the office. As a general rule, 1 hour reheats refrigerated, 2 hours reheats/cooks frozen. Won't overcook. You can even take frozen dinners and pop them in there, still inside the box. No more microwaves for me.
HOTLOGIC® Mini - 120V Version
Wish you could take your Chemex pour-over on the road? Here's your solution for on the road. Works flawlessly. No more hotel room coffee ::gag::.
Abnaok Collapsible Pour Over Coffee Dripper
I eat almost every meal with chopsticks, all cuisines. This set has been my companion for 2 years. Great chopsticks. No need to find silverware at hotels, airplanes, clients' offices, etc.
Chopstick, Fork, and Spoon travel set
If you don't use chopsticks, this would be my go-to. My better half uses this one (I use the chopsticks version, see my other link). Great, with travel case.
Spoon, Fork, Knife with Travel Case.
Hotel fridges usually lack freezers, so I can't freeze ice packs. These replace my ice packs when traveling. They also flatten out nicely for packing.
Waterproof Ice Bag
Why pay for bottled/filtered water? This can handle the most questionable water AND has a built in carbon filter to make it taste better. Whether you're in the jungle or urban jungle.
Katadyn BeFree AC Filter 1.0L Black
Tech
No proprietary USB cable. Small, lightweight, and plenty of sounds. If you set a timer, it gently fades out, rather than abruptly cutting off.
Magicteam Sound Machine
My hotel TV companion. My “home” TV experience wherever I go. For $20, you can't go wrong.
ONN 4K UHD Box with Voice remote
Fully battery operated alarm clock which stays illuminated 24/7. So many “modern” hotel rooms omit clocks. This lets me have a clock I can see from anywhere in the room.
Battery Operated LED travel clock
Travel router. Connect this to the hotel's WiFi ONCE and all of your devices will automatically be connected automatically on their own private network. Also supports VPNs.
Travel Router (GL-Inet Opal)
Smallest travel router. Useful when sharing connections on-the-go, ie: on the airplane itself or if I'm packing light. Fast enough for most things, but not as fast as my other travel router listed here.
GL-MT300N-V2 / Mango - GL.iNet
Smallest/lightest travel power strip w/USBs built in. Power cord is very soft and flexible. Comes with velcro strap on cord.
Travel Power Strip - Anker US

Sonicare for on the go with cute travel case. Uses standard AAA battery, no charger needed.
Philips One Sonicare Toothbrush & Travel Case
If you're on the road long enough, you'll need tools. These are small enough to fit anywhere and won't get the TSA upset, yet are inexpensive enough that losing it on the road won't upset me. I've given away a few of these now.
Mudder Pen Screwdriver Multitool Handy Tool 8 in 1
Best eye mask I've used, and I've tried at least a dozen. Blocks all light, even around the nose. Tons of room inside, so it doesn't touch my eyelashes and no pressure on my eyes, even when side sleeping. Stays in place.
WAOAW Sleep Mask with eye cups
My original fan is 7 years old, been around the world multiple times, and still going strong. Puts out an amazing amount of air for its size, yet can last all night long on low on a single charge. USB-charging, and can be USB-powered.
Efluky Mini USB-rechargeable fan
30" retractable cable. I use this to chain my bags when in transit at the airport, trains, etc. Won't stop a determined thief, but prevents them from just walking off with my bags.
Lewis N. Clark Padlock
Keeps EVERYONE out of your hotel room. No worries about housekeeping or thieves entering. Even under-door tools won't get them in with this on.
