I went through three trays before finding ones that hold syrup bottles without wobbling. These actually fit a standard countertop without eating up all your prep space.

Half the battle was getting my syrups out of those ugly plastic bottles. Once I transferred them into glass dispensers, the whole bar looked like a real setup instead of a convenience store shelf.

Ripped sugar bags sitting on the counter were my personal nightmare. Getting proper containers made the whole station feel finished instead of half-done.

I used to just toss spoons on a napkin next to the coffee maker. Getting a real holder for them was one of those small upgrades that made me wonder why I waited so long.

My coffee used to go stale by the end of the week because I left the bag open like a rookie. Proper canisters fixed that and they actually look good sitting on the tray.

Once the tray was set up, my random mismatched mugs looked out of place. Adding a few matching ones pulled everything together faster than I expected.

These are the little details I added last that made people actually comment on my coffee bar instead of just walking past it. Small stuff, big difference.
