There's no guessing if your blood pressure is high or low because this machine is color-coded. Remember that with sepsis, your blood pressure can be higher and/or lower than normal. Trust your instincts!

Know your temperature! Again temperature is very individualized. I am dying if my temperature reaches 37.6C, but 38 C is the standard for fever. Also with sepsis, your temp could be abnormally low.
