So easy to add another level to a simple at home workout!!
I do an easy apple fitness yoga workout each morning and my daughter likes to join me so I bought her this! Simple but cute and now she can workout with mama :)
I use kettlebells for an easy way to boost my at home workout and get some weight lifting in! Trying to tone my booty and get rid of that mom pooch!
Everyone else is carrying around a gigantic stanley cup but this thing keeps ice freezing cold for days and its easy to plop in the backseat or on the truck bed! I pack it for my husband to take to work during the hot summer months!
Under Armor is by FAR my favorite athletic brand – this is like the third pair of running shoes I have from them and I LOVE these – they're holding up really well, they're super comfy, and I can throw them in the washer if I need to!
Listen, I'm trying to get that pre-baby body back and this is how I amplify my regular ol workout!
Nutrition
I know it says ‘coffee substitute’ but I add this to my coffee – especially when I make protein coffee! My age starts with a ‘3’ now so I have to have supplements to make my brain work and this gets me going!!
My husband eats these like candy! and he doesn't have to feel guilty!! We have to hide these from the kids too because they'll steal them!

An EASY way to add electrolytes to anything! My husband adds it to plain water and it doesn't have a weird taste-- such an easy way to get more hydrated!
