This is a starter pack for sick kids. I am listing some of the items that I purchased when my kids are sick. These just help, and make things a lot easier. Refer to this list if you need help, or ideas.

This is what i use when the kids are running a fever
Children's Tylenol Oral Suspension
I rotate this and tylenol when they are running fever.
Children & Infant Advil in Advil(4)
It seems like this makes the kids feel better to.
Ginger ale in Soda Pop(395)
This is a good thing for them to eat when they are not feeling good
Chicken Noodle Soup
I like to freeze jello for them to eat too
Jell O
I keep them hydrated with water as well

The crackers give them something to put in their stomach
Saltine Crackers in Crackers(277)
This is used to help with their stomach
It keeps it leveled
Grape Juice in Juices - Walmart.com
Sometimes the kids do not want chicken noodle soup so chicken and rice can help

These are used for the sore throat
Cough Drops in Coughing and Sore Throat Remedies(275)
This helps and is great to help open the kids up when they have a cold
