The lamb kofka meatball appetizer is a winner with spicy sauce, only on the bar menu. Also try the curry chicken- and of course the steaks! The ‘La Flama Blanca’ cocktail is perfect to start your meal.

The potato croquets with cream fraiche and caviar should be illegal! Order the Stranahans smoked cocktail- beautiful presentation.
Catch Steak Aspen
The salt and pepper calamari are gluten free made with a potato starch batter. They also have a dedicated gluten free menu. Be sure to share with your server- always happy to accommodate. Enjoy with their delicious espresso martini!
Jing Aspen
The location is stellar and it is a see and be seen crowd. The wagyu hamburger, lovingly called the ‘Double Double’ by locals is awesome and the gluten free bun is the best. They also have gluten free bread- order the tomato soup with gluten free grilled cheese sandwich- ooey, gooey goodness!
Ajax Tavern
Order the Grand Marnier soufflé for dessert. Do not offer to share!
Betula Aspen
Order the breakfast ‘sammy’ with gluten free bun. Delicious and the perfect hangover meal.
Red Mountain Grill Aspen
Pulled pork tacos with spicy red sauce- all of their sauces are gluten free. Slather them on!

Sea scallops with Brussel sprouts, lots of delicious gluten free and a dedicated menu. You can also order the Brussel sprouts alone- get your veggies with this one! And don’t skip the ‘Gardner’ cocktail with Dobel Diamanté tequila, yum!
Matsuhisa
Taquitos and Cheese Enchiladas with the brown sauce. Get here while you can, these guys are ending an era in Sept 2025
Mi Chola
Two gluten free crepe choices and oodles of fillings. Great for grab and go- favorites are the ham and Swiss and classic lemon.
