items I bought a dated condo in Fort Lauderdale that didn't look like it had been touched for quite some time. Here are some inexpensive fixes I did to upgrade the space.
The principle bathroom does not have a window. The long wall needed some attention. The bookshelf wall mural is perfect for the ‘library’.

My budget didn't allow for new kitchen cabinets. They were still in good shape but needed to be refreshed. I removed the white laminate and painted with this Nuvo paint in Tidal Wave. It was a dream to work with. For the first coat, I was really questioning myself, it was really thin. The second coat was amazing. I touched up the next day and they look awesome!
