Not usually into historical but this was my first Kristin Hanna book and it did not disappoint.

I knew this girl as a child, my child's age and never knew what was happening. Proof, you never know what someone is going through.
The Yellow Was a Lie: Memoir of Courage
No judging, just move along. 🤣 I really enjoyed this book. I was in from the beginning. I usually read blind, but if you have "icks" or "triggers" do your research.
Credence
I have read the first 2. Enjoyed both Birthday Girl and Credence. If you like these kind of books, Penelope Douglas doesn't disappoint. Again, no judgment. Check your icks

Soooo good. I'm really tough on overhyped books. Didn't want to read when I realized is was about an octopus. I generally blind read. Anyway was emotional and hooked in the first 3 pages.
