💙 Cheese Sticks with Turkey – One of my go-to snacks for work. I cut them into small bite-sized pieces so they’re easy to eat and portion, plus they’re a great protein boost during the day.
A higher-protein, dessert-like option I keep on hand for when I’m craving something sweet but still want to hit my protein goals. They’re filling and actually taste like a treat.
Barebells Protein Bars with 20g High Protein, 1.9oz Bars, Caramel Cashew - 4 Count
Â
💙 Built Puff Coconut Bars – My absolute favorite! I keep at least one in my desk at work for when I want something sweet and soft but still packed with protein.
💙 Blue Raspberry Isopure Protein Drink – This was my go-to during the clear liquid stage. Light, refreshing, and still gave me the protein I needed when I couldn’t handle anything heavier.
Protein Drink - Blue Raspberry - 16.9oz (12 Bottles)
Â
💙 Quest Nacho Cheese Chips – My all-time favorite chip. I usually only get about half a bag down at once, but I’ll seal it up and go back later to finish. Crunchy, flavorful, and a good protein hit.
Nacho Cheese Tortilla Style Protein Chips
Â
💙 Fairlife Protein Shakes – By far, the best flavor I’ve tried when it comes to protein shakes. They got me through my 2-week liver-shrinking diet before surgery, and now, 7 weeks later, I’m still drinking them. Tastes good, easy on my stomach, and ...
💙 Heating Pad – A total lifesaver during recovery, especially for fighting off that nasty surgery gas pain. It helped me feel more comfortable and relaxed in those early days.
Sunbeam Heating Pad for Pain Relief | XL King Size SoftTouch, 4 Heat Settings with Auto-Off | Teal, 12-Inch x 24-Inch
Â
💙 Wedge Pillow Set – This specific set was amazing for keeping me propped up at night during recovery. I still use it now to watch TV — super comfortable and supportive.
Kölbs Bed Wedge Pillow Jacquard Cover Set
Â
💙 4 oz Jars with Lids – These were so helpful for getting fluids in during recovery, and I still use them for all my meals at work. Perfect portion size, easy to store, and super handy to take on the go.
DRKIO 20 Pack 4 Oz Glass Baby Food Jars
Â
💙 Disposable Vomit Bags – Nobody likes puking, but with bariatric patients it does happen. I’ve learned to keep these everywhere — in the car, my purse, my work desk, and even by my bed — just in case. Having them handy has saved me more than once.
MP MOZZPAK Vomit Bags 60 Pack 1000ml
Â
💙 4 oz Dipping Bowls – Meant for sauces, but I love using them for soups, chili, or other small meals instead of a normal-size bowl. They make portion control feel easy and natural.
SHECIPIN 6 Pack 4.5 OZ Wheat Straw Bowls
Â
💙 Appetizer Plates – A lot smaller than a salad plate, and perfect for portion control. They make meals feel full without overloading your plate.
