Today was one of those days where I just didn’t feel like cooking dinner after exercising a lot. I was in a bit of a dilemma about what to eat—not super hungry, but craving a mix of flavors. I found myself wanting coffee and a croissant, but I also needed some protein and, of course, some sparkling wine to unwind. And let’s not forget the craving for Cheetos, but a healthier version! In the end, I went for an almond croissant, a sparkling wine from Portugal, and some Korean short ribs. They were tasty, but a bit too sweet for my liking since I usually prefer my meat more plain, just with a touch of soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. What about you?
