It took second place in the nation and this sandwich was recognized as a top item. But don’t sleep on the super crispy Korean hot fried chicken wings w a side of tangy yuzu crema. As we cruised down the street, my eyes were drawn to a corner establishment— @bubblerepublicla. It looked like the ideal place, with its spacious indoor area bathed in natural light and a rear patio that promised my Niko a happy hangout. As soon as we stepped inside this cozy teahouse, I was captivated by the extensive menu! Filled with so many options of boba teas, refreshing smoothies, milk teas, and tempting Taiwanese snacks including my fave - tater tots! Being a lover of fried chicken, I couldn’t resist ordering the popcorn chicken, paired with Iris’s refreshing Fruit Tea that had a blend of orange, pineapple, and grapefruit. Meanwhile, he went with the Kiwi Fruit Tea ($5.70), a winner. I must admit, his choice outshone mine! While I was surprised when he opted for the sausage with rice, it hit the spot. The menu also has options like pork chops, fish cutlets, and orange chicken, so there were plenty of choices for the next visit! Working at Bubble Republic was a breeze.
