I dove into their signature dim sum menu and was blown away by the Palette Soup Dumplings. Each dumpling was so vibrant! The turmeric skin with crab roe added a golden touch, while the paprika skin chicken was perfectly seasoned. The squid ink skin stuffed with black truffle was rich and earthy, and the beet skin with minced beef was both surprising and satisfying. Not to mention the spinach skin kale, which was a fresh twist. I couldn’t resist the lobster ha gow and abalone siu mai as well. The lobster ha gow was succulent, with a nice crunch from the wrapper and the abalone siu mai had that luxurious umami hit that rounded out the meal beautifully. All this goodness came to about $40, serving as a hearty lunch for two. These 🥟 are flavorful and look as good as they taste and the hot chili oil is unbelievably great with a little heat and a ton of flavor! What I Had: Signature Dim Sum Menu: 1. The juicy kabobs 🍢🍢 were on my list to try and I had a combination of lamb and chicken. Btw my apologies if I butchered those pronunciations! 🫣😂 What actually stole the show was dessert called Firnee with milk cardamom rosewater. An almond pudding topped with pistachio and cinnamon.
