This is a list of my favorite equipment for competitive style lap swimming. I have over 20 years of competitive swimming experience as a USA swimmer as well as competing as a division 1 collegiate swimmer. I also have been a swim team coach for 5 years. Most of the recommendations will be good for all levels of swimmers, that from just starting out all the way to highly competitive. I'll say in the recommendation if it's mainly for advanced.

Hi, my Inspiration for this list is dresses. More specificall, dresses for occasions ie wedding guests, Easter, church, work event, party, a fancy date, baby shower graduations and many others! I personally struggle to find appropriate styled (and modest for those family events) dresses for events that are also still very cute. I also always try to find a unique dress for those memorable events, ones that will be an eye catcher. I hope you find a dress that will suit you here!
