When used with the shampoo your hair will not only become super soft, but will also grow faster than normal, if that is something you are interested in.
I use this in the winter (or whenever I need a hair pick me up) when my hair is very brittle. This helps restore moisture so when I run my hands through my hair it's super soft!

This shampoo is has thicker consistency, and doesn't really make bubbles in your hair, however the aftermath gives my hair healthy softness!

I've used this conditioner with the Living Proof Curl Shampoo and without. Either way this conditioner gives my hair softness. I do like that it doesn't create a bunch of bubbles so if that is something you want in a conditioner, this is not for you.
