I saw this and immediately ordered it for my space obsessed teenager.
The egg feels very heavy and the wood and resin part of it is stunning.
The astronaut inside is a cheap, like super cheap, dollar store toy. The details are abysmal, and it really brings the beauty of the piece down in my opinion.
My son still loved it and he immediately put it on display in his room, but had they used a more detailed, higher quality astronaut, this would be absolutely amazing.
With a better astronaut, this would surpass a 5-star product.
As it is, I'd personally give it a 3.75. For what this costs, the astronaut should be on par with the rest of the art piece.

It's wide and not very tall because… it's a helmet. But it works.
Treat it with kid gloves when washing. Meaning, handwash only and try not to get the front of the vizor/design wet. NEVER put it in the dishwasher.
