I use sticker app for my dotty holo glitter-looking effect stickers (e.g. my emergency glitter sticker in my shop)
I use light glossy cardstock, but you can order their sample pack for free! Their holo is nice too
I usually do 4x6 since that's standard in the US.
I do the standard size 14pt uncoated full color front blank back. Being able to write info for customers on the backs at vendor events is a good for my marketing.

I've done a couple rounds of acrylic pins with sticker mule. They weren't a good fit for my store, but they can be an affordable alternative to enamel pins. I sprayed the backs of mine with clear acrylic spray.

I use this if I need them the next day, but ordering in bulk I go directly through ClearBags.com for a MUCH better price
I use amazon's listing if I need them the next day cause they ship with prime, but this is where I order them in bulk if I don't need them in a rush.
