Sometimes you just want to break a sweat from the comfort of your own home! Here's some of the things I have at home that keep me moving and reaching my activity goals without having to face the world to do it.
Literally do this for 30 minutes, twice a day and there's your cardio! There's also one I saw that counts your jumps for you which is nice!
Jump Rope
With this you can work arms and legs, I can barely do 30 minutes. Beware you will sweat!
Stair Stepper
I have one of these and they also make them with incline as well. I think it's worth it especially if you're a work from home person.
Walking Pad Treadmill
Get a yoga mat and find video on youtube. "Move with Nicole" has great videos for all levels of fitness doing yoga and pilates.
High-Quality Performance Yoga Mats
Get a couple of these and work those arms! Doesn't have to be from 5-100 lbs, just get some 5s or 10's and do a little each day.
Dumbbells
