My daughter is on her studio’s competitive team and after our first year on the competition circuit I have added these to the dance kit to make life easier and I’ll continue to add different items as if I find them useful.

I was recently bitten by the travelling bug, but also the Disney travel bug specifically. These were some of the travel items that made life easier on the journey.

As a woman who is almost always on a health/weight loss journey these are some of the staples I keep on my kitchen/purse etc to help along the way.
