The “Nuit de Jasmin” cocktail was thus born from the creativity of young bartender Cyril Cioli, who rose to first place on the podium with this floral-flavoured cocktail.

“Upon receiving this copper flask, I was eager to taste and develop a recipe that would highlight Borderies Special Dry cognac.
During the cognac tasting, I immediately noticed the floral flavors that I wanted to reveal through this recipe.
Since the cognac-jasmine association is already unanimous, I decided to add an organic Jasmine syrup to my recipe.
The elderflower allows us to stay within the floral theme of the Spécial Dry cognac and to enhance its flavors even more!
The acidity of the lemon comes to balance everything while counterbalancing the sweetness to obtain a mixture of the most pleasant.
