One of my favorite easy high-protein bakes. The Devotion protein loaf comes out soft, filling, and much more like a real treat than a “diet” recipe. These great for breakfast, a snack, or when I want something sweet with extra protein.

This air fryer is great for quick meals, reheating leftovers, and getting things crispy without turning on the oven. It’s especially handy for smaller portions and busy weeknights. We use this multiple times a week.

One of the most useful appliances in my kitchen. I use it for everything from soups and beans to shredded meat, rice, and recipes I want to make quickly without babysitting the stove. Another appliance we use several times a week.

Obsessed with the Pampered Chef can opener. It's one of those kitchen tools I appreciate every time I use it. It’s easy on my hands, which matters with arthritis, and I love that it opens cans without leaving sharp edges behind.

I use my mesh strainer in my Instant Pot for boiled eggs, potatos or other veggies, making bone broth or other soups. It's very handy and fairly easy to clean. Definitely something I'd recommend having if you have an Instant Pot.
