OMG!! PCS is such a unique and fabulous idea - Why? Because they teach you all about what to pair with your cheese boards. This is such a fun but wonderful experience I think everyone should have and so educational. Your friends will be blown away about your knowledge of what to pair from what not.

I almost lost all of my mind here at the Biscuit lady. Lord, this was a touch of nostalgia for me it reminded me when I was young in NYC in my Pop's (grandfathers') kitchen and he would make me homemade biscuits on Saturday with homemade blueberry preserves.
