Started here because my physical therapist told me plain magnesium sulfate does more than most fancy bath bombs. She was right. These are the ones I rotate through weekly.

Plain Epsom salt did 80% of the work. These additives handled the other 20%, especially on days when I really overdid it at the gym or spent ten hours on concrete floors.

Some nights I don't have time for a full bath. That's when I started rubbing magnesium directly onto whatever hurt. Skeptical at first, but the localized relief convinced me fast.

Soaking handles the chemical side of recovery. These tools handle the mechanical side. Combining both cut my recovery time roughly in half, no exaggeration.

Realized the soak was only half the equation. If I didn't sleep well afterward, I still woke up stiff. These products turned my post-soak drowsiness into actual deep sleep.

My trainer told me soaking pulls toxins out but also dehydrates you. Started pairing my baths with specific drinks and supplements, and the soreness reduction jumped to another level.

Found out that stretching right after a warm soak is when your muscles are most pliable. Added these tools to my post-bath routine and finally touched my toes for the first time since college.
