Basic supplies that you will need for your vendor event.
You will need a 10x10 tent for outdoor markets. The EZ up tend is easy to put up.
Best 10x10 Canopy Tents | E-Z UP Quick Setup Pop-Ups
You will need a table to set your merchandise on. I like the tables that fold in the middle because they can help you save space.
Lifetime: Fold-In-Half Tables
A table cover to match your brand colors. Make sure you choose one that fits your table size. I have noticed that the fitted covers look neater and they don't create a tipping hazard.
Stretch Table Covers
You will need about 25 lbs weights for your tents. This will help prevent your tent from flying away and breaking. This is usually mandatory.
Canopy Weights
It helps capture customers attention. I would suggest adding weights for this as well. My chalkboard has blown over a few times.
Chalkboard Stand
I prefer to use chalk markers to write on my chalkboard.
Chalk Markers
You will need a chalkboard cleaner if you use the markers.
Chalkboard Cleaner
You will need something to hold your business cards.
Acrylic Business Card Holder
You will need somewhere to sit
Folding Chairs in Folding Furniture (1000+)
I have coordinating chair covers for my booth.

surviving the elements
Things to help you be comfortable at markets. Some markets are outdoors and they are rain or shine.
This will help you when it is cold. You need something that you don't have to worry about plugging in.
Portable Camping Heater
Helps during the summer months. Not only is this helpful for keeping you cool, you can also charge your devices.
VOSFEEL Camping Fan - 20000mAh Rechargeable
Helpful to help protect you and your product from the elements.
Shelter Sidewalls - Accessories
business tools
I use a desktop laminator to laminate my menu or any signs. I had so many papers get ruined in the rain.
