This deserves its own list. I struggled for so long finding books that still had pictures to keep my kids focused but were full chapter books that could also challenge them.

This is great for early readers, full page pictures and full page words that are large. The chapters are short.
Mercy Watson Boxed Set: Adventures 1-6
We read this together as a family. Each person would take turns reading pages and my kids loved it.
The Wild Robot (Volume 1)
This series was a little more advanced with smaller words but is a great series and my kids love it.
The Dead Sea Squirrels Set Books 1-3
These are some much fun. They have less pictures and are more for upper elementary 3rd to 5th grade.
Wayside School Boxed Set: 3 Books
This was a hit in our house and my kids loved Henry. These books have full black and white pictures.
Henry Heckelbeck Ten-Book Collection Boxed Set
These are some cute. Full black and white pictures with short chapters. The storyline is fun as well.
The Very Worst Ever Collected Set
If your kid loves Minecraft this is a no brainer. Its full comor pictures and an easy read for lower elementary 1st to 3rd grade depending on their reading capabilities.

I love that this comes in a boxed set. It would be great as a gift.

This is perfect to get right now for fall.
Desmond Cole Ghost Patrol Boxed Set
This is a great read for the kids for fall. Has pictures and short chapters.
The Alien Next Door 1: The New Kid
My youngest loved this series. It is cute and funny.
Narwhal: Unicorn of the Sea! (Narwhal & Jelly #1)
These classics are better fitted for a read aloud or upper elementary and do include some pictures.
E. B. White Box Set: Charlotte's Web, Stuart Little, Trumpet of the Swan
These are interactive and fun to read as a family.
