I have started this to help others like myself who struggle for products, help guides and ideas when it comes to our loved ones. I am really hoping this helps you all and gives you some ideas of places that support children and adults who may need a little something extra.

These work the same as an exercise ball but are better for children and can be used in many different ways.

Now these are fantastic for children who fidget in class, put these under their feet in the classroom and they can roll it under their feet which then gives the the movement they need while still being able to focus on what is happening in class.

These are used for children who like to rock on their chairs, or cannot keep their feet still. these make the chair safe, but also keep their feet busy. Can be used in school and at home.
Chair Bands
Lego can be a brilliant tool to have available. Giving a child the options to build gives them the release they need and to be in control of something. I have also used this in Maths as counting bricks.

This can be a massive help and helps with their confidence of not having to have all their paperwork given to them on different coloured paper to their friends. Do speak to the school and they can print your child's work on different coloured paper if needed.
