My go-to ER for MTAC weekend, in Hermitage. They took care of me when I got really sick at the con. If it's a true emergency, call 911 or flag down Usagi Medical first.
TriStar Summit Medical Center
Urgent care for con crud that isn't an ER emergency, like a bad cough, fever, or minor injury. About a 13 minute drive from the Sheraton, so grab an Uber. If you can't breathe or it's serious, go to the ER or call 911.
CareNow Urgent Care - Hermitage
Coffee
Closest good coffee to the Sheraton, about a 5 min Uber. Little drive-thru shack with 4.9 stars, opens 6:30am on weekdays so you can grab one before badge pickup.
Elevate Coffee
The sit-down spot if you want a real cafe, about a 7 min Uber up Lebanon Pike. 4.7 stars, does breakfast too, open 6am to 8pm. Closed Sundays, so plan around that.
Caliber Coffee Co.

The big breakfast pick, about an 8 min Uber on Lebanon Pike. 4.9 stars on over 6,000 reviews, open 7am to 2:30pm every day. Go early on con weekend before the line builds.
Keke's Breakfast Cafe
Breakfast tacos and fresh juice, about a 6 min Uber on McGavock Pike. 4.7 stars, opens 7am weekdays and 8am Saturday. Easy pick if Keke's has a wait.
