I am a crochet craft fair vendor and when I first started, I had no idea what I would need! Here are some of the essentials that you will need if you want to set up a booth at a craft market.
Many markets require your tent top be white - so this one is a great pick! I have been using this tent for my markets for a year and it’s been great. Easy to set up and take down, even if you are solo!

Tables are a must! You can definitely start with just 1 table and then add another if you decide you need more space. I personally use two tables in an L shape. The two 6' tables in the L fit perfectly under my 10'x10' tent.

Your customers will ALWAYS want a bag, so make sure you have some sort of way they can transport your items out of your booth. These bags are a great way to also include branding, as you could stamp them with your logo, or slap a sticker on them.
Toovip 90 Pack Brown Kraft Paper Bags
Many markets require that you have table cloths that go to the ground. I have been using these ones over the last year and wash them after every market. They have held up really well and look great on my tables. A bonus is that they do go down to the ground so you can store extra inventory under your table if you need!
IVAPUPU 2 Pack 6FT Rectangular Table Cloth
I love my chalkboard sign! It helps me to display my brand name/social accounts and draw attention to my booth.
A Frame Chalkboard 40x20 Solid Wood
These giant plastic bags are perfect for hauling all of your items with you to the markets while also keeping them clean. These bags are pretty heavy duty and can be worn like a backpack so you can make fewer trips between your car and booth!
VENO 8 Pack Heavy Moving & Storage Bags
Some groups may require you have tent side walls! This can also protect you and your merchandise from the elements. I usually bring these just incase I need them, but don't always put them up on my tent.

You’ll need a way to collect payments from customers! I have a Shopify site so I use the Shopify card reader so everything is all together. This reader connects easily with the POS app and you can manage inventory as you sell!
Shopify Tap & Chip Card Reader with Dock
I love my wooden crates! They help to add height to my booth and can also function as a means to carry some of your makes there! I suggest painting them to align with your brand colors / general vibe of your booth.
18" Wood Crate by Make Market® | Michaels
This was hands down one of the BEST purchases I made for my booth. This attracts kids like no other. I set it up so it is $10 play until you win, and the kids LOVE it. (Parents hate it hahaha).
Claw Machine
While this is made for a baby shower, it also works great as a market display! I have some stuffed animals that I have interchangeable clothes for, so I use this to have a kind of “Build-A-Bear” esque experience. I have gotten so many compliments on this display/idea.
Wooden Crate
I use these wooden peg boards to display some of my keychains. They break down into smaller parts so it's easy to transport them to your market without being damaged. These would also work great for jewelry!

I use this to display things like bandanas, keychains, and scrunchies! It's great to bring more height to your booth and display numerous color options.
