Okay hear me out, no one thinks about their feet postpartum.  But you should! I wish I would have.  I was barefoot so much post partum, jumping in and out of bed for night time feeds, jumping up in the morning to get a shower in before the baby woke up and not thinking about my weight distribution or letting my muscles wake up before moving 200mph.... This resulted in terrible planter fascitis (i.e. HORRIBLE pain along the bottom of your feet).  One of the best ways to fight this is wearing good supportive shoes.  But with a newborn, I didnt have time for tying and untying so these cloud slippers became my go to and completely healed the pain!  Save yourself pain and try these out!

I avoided this bra with two of my babies because of the price tag and was constantly leaking while pumping or having bras that didn't fit well or didn't hold the girls up.  I finally invested in one of these bras with my 3rd baby and I wish I would have gotten one sooner!!  It is so supportive, comfortable, and easy for nursing OR pumping.  I continued to wear this bra after I was done with pumping because I liked the way I looked in it with my post partum boobs!  Its amazing - don't cut corners on this one.

I definitely recommend having a pack of these stocked for your return home. Also pro tip (buy the size tha...

If you've never had a baby before, just know you will NEED these post partum.  They help immensely with healing and comfort post delivery.  Just lay them on your pad post partum for cooling and relief.

If theres one thing I wish I knew before having my first baby, it would be how to heal MYSELF after delivery.  You should be taking a minimum of 2 epsom salt baths a day after delivery, it will immensely speed up your healing and comfort.  I know its hard to find that time with a newborn, but your body will thank you! A cared for mom makes a happy mom.
