Digital Art

Digital Art has been my go to since I was very young! Something about never running out of art supplies, and having an undo button made me pretty happy. Here are all the tools I’ve used over the years and liked!

This is one of the two tablets I use now! While not very portable, it has a screen, and can elevate itself! Drawing on it is smooth, the pen pressure is amazing, and the screen doesn’t mess with your colors!

And of course, to go with the tablet, you need an Apple Pencil, or other stylus! I prefer the Apple pencils though, since they have extremely good pressure sensitivity, and it knows when you’re tilting the pencil!

I normally don’t use these for entire pieces, but they’re amazing for doing line work on a painting, highlights, extra fun lines, and even putting your signature down! Just make sure you use them on acrylic paintings only!

Liquitex is an amazing brand of heavy body acrylic. Blending them is easy and clean, there’s a large shade range making it easy to mix the perfect color, and they dry at just the right pace.
