Digital Art has been my go to since I was very young! Something about never running out of art supplies, and having an undo button made me pretty happy. Here are all the tools I’ve used over the years and liked!
Starting off strong with my favorite beginner drawing tablet! If you’re looking for something a bit cheaper to try out digital art this one is perfect. It was my first drawing tablet and lasted almost a decade before the cord started giving out!

This is one of the two tablets I use now! While not very portable, it has a screen, and can elevate itself! Drawing on it is smooth, the pen pressure is amazing, and the screen doesn’t mess with your colors!

And of course, to go with the tablet, you need an Apple Pencil, or other stylus! I prefer the Apple pencils though, since they have extremely good pressure sensitivity, and it knows when you’re tilting the pencil!

When it comes to outlining there is no finer brand than Microns! They’re my absolute favorite, and if I’m doing a piece I find important they’re the only ones I’ll use!

I normally don’t use these for entire pieces, but they’re amazing for doing line work on a painting, highlights, extra fun lines, and even putting your signature down! Just make sure you use them on acrylic paintings only!

Liquitex is an amazing brand of heavy body acrylic. Blending them is easy and clean, there’s a large shade range making it easy to mix the perfect color, and they dry at just the right pace.

Faber-Castell® Graphite Sketch Set
I’ve also used these pencils since I was in highschool! Prismacolor’s are easy to blend, extremely vibrant, and last a long time! This smaller set is a perfect test drive for them!

Artist Loft is a great gateway into pastels! These are the same brand my art classes in highschool used, and while I didn’t continue with the medium, I did have so much fun creating pieces with these!

These Ohuhu Markers are a great way to dip your toes into Alcohol Based Markers. They were my first set, and while they may have bled through papers, they were always vibrant, and blendable.
