Survival Food w/ Long Shelf Life

People say to buy and stock anything however you need to think about the things that will not make you sick. It will cost more in the long run than spending a couple extra cents for organic. STAY CLEAN! This is not the time to poisin your body.
Get a couple bags of this, they will last longer! Fun Fact… Many years ago women would save the rice bags to make clothes out of them. The rice companies started putting flowers on the bags for the clothes to look nicer!
Get organic and buy bulk. You can also can yourself and would have some on backup.
This company is fantastic, all grass feed beef, holding so many essential vitamins. STAY HEALTHY, CLEAN, AND STRONG!
This will be great to have to add to meals for you, your family, and your furbabies. When prepping do not forget about them!
ACV and White Vinegar are great to have on backup. ACV helps with SO MANY THINGS, including heartburn, parasites, and digestion. It aids in cleaning your fruits and veggies and our insides. GET THIS ON BACK UP. Once you open a bottle it needs to be refridgerated. They have large bottles and would stick to the smaller so the remaining does not go bad.
Fantastic brand of canned meats that you can eat or feed your furbabies on the go with a long shelf life. These are great for prepping also.
Right now I would say to buy in bulk as much as possible. Costco has great deals and many organic items price the same as everything else. This will be a valuable commodity.

Raw and Organic are the key words in this honey that attracted me. Shelf life on honey is years and these size bottles are perfect!

Found Target to be the cheapest for the larger sizes.
Mylar bags are great for storing and protecting food long term. Make sure to get the Oxygen Absorbers.
These food grade safe buckets with lids are great to store big bags of rice, sugar and more.
Add these to the dried foods you are storing to stay fresh!

If you don't want to prep at least secure a few of these for an emergency.

Bartering and Personal Items
Listed here are all things we should have in our to go back or emergency back up.
When you see it for a $1 get it and some more! You can use this for multiple things including gardening.
When you see it on sale, get it! Stock up as it can always be used and will always be needed.
Always good to have in your car emergency kit and in the house. You never know when your body is going to need some help!
The dollar store is a fantastic place to get back up items like these. They are good to have for use and bartering.
Super cheap to stock up on and Organic. Great for use and bartering with IF needed.
Castile Soap is universal in that you can clean dishes and wash your hair with it.
Stock up when on sale!
I always used Doterra and Revive is scoring higher. The Lemon Oil cleans the air and is really refreshing.
Great to have on back up!
Every store visit buy a few packs of seeds.
Keep a bountiful on back up! For Personal use and also to keep a daily journal of life in general.

I make my own Laundry Detergent with Scent Free Castile Soap and my floor cleaner with Eucalyptus and Citrus! You can clean anything with this soap and it does an amazing job with no harsh chemicals.

Prepping for FurBabies
Prepping for our animals is essential also. Think about all their needs and how to keep everything on back up.
When SHTF you will need some sort of way to crate your dog at some point or another. Not only for camps but if camping. Make sure to have a collapsible so it does not take much room and you could bungi it to the roof if needed while its flat.
Make sure you have means to take your furbabies ( dogs ) with you if you need to go. Make sure the wheels are ready for weight and long distance walking. When prepping your back packs include themand give them each one filled with essential gear too.
Wagons are great to have for extra storage. Mine has a tented top so the sun and rain do not hit them.
Here are examples for in case of emergency what you will need for your pets. Don't forget to put their papers with yours in a waterproof spot!
Air tight containers are also good for your items also.
Make sure to have medicine needed for your dogs.

Make sure to have items you currently use and are use to. These are all fantastic to stock for when in need.
Disenfectants are a plus!
These are great for a heat source
We got all toxic chemicals out of our house and do not use bleach any longer. However, in your Survival Gear you should have some. Bleach will come in handy and will be much needed.
