My favorite cozy mystery, witchy and paranormal and urban fantasy series. I read over 250 books a year, yea, I am a speed reader and book nerd. These are series I read so quickly because I cannot put them down. I add to this list, so keep checking back.
Cozy Mysteries
No witches, just a cozy mystery
If you dream about working the perfect bookstore, solving murders and falling in love with your enemy, this book is for you.
Love baking, Shakespeare, solving murders and also love wine and romance. This series is for you. There are literary references, delicious recipes, Shakespeare festivals and lots of murder and mystery.
Such a fun series, you will want to grab a scone, or six and tuck in. You won't put the books down.
My favorite cozy series set in western Virginia at a literal book retreat, hotel, restaurant, resort with the cutest little town and wonderful characters. Beware, buy all the books at once you will not put them down!
Witchy Cozies
My favorite cozy mysteries, just with witches.
This series is adorable. All the cozy reading vibes us book nerds need with magic and snarky familiar thrown in. Of course the romance, but nothing steamy. A quick read series, you'll have to wait like me for the 9th book to release!
This series is way too fun and there is even a spin off series. Shifters, witches, vampires and a paranormal half way house where all the crazy things happen. Each book is better than the next.
Let me start by saying, Selene the familiar is the most hysterical and snarky character who loves to start trouble. Cora is a saint who makes candles I wish were real and can make you have experiences like relaxing on a beach or tasting wine in France. Such a fun series.
This books was really lovely. If you like a slower paced really beautiful book about witches and their beloved house, generations of their family and family love, this is for you.
This is a really lovely story about a family and their estate that has been in their family for 500 years. Of course it is magical, filled with amazing gardens, nooks and crannies and witches and shifters working together.
If you LOVE Mary Berry and the original British Bake off… you will adore this series. It is in the same exact format as the tv series but with witches and death of course!
Urban Fantasy
Urban Fantasy series, witches, angels, demons, vampires, shifters, you name it.
S.E. Babin has quickly become an author I cannot get enough of. If you love paranormals, Lucifer, an amazing female lead character who overcomes so much time and again and of course love interests and huge plot twists and sub plots- this series is for you. I absolutely cannot recommend it enough.
A totally different Urban Fantasy from S.E. Babin. Lies, greed, betrayal and chaos.
Paranormal+ Paranormal Romance
Paranormal favorites and of course the paranormal romance books, some are steamy, prudes beware.
Only book one is out, but book two is releasing very soon. This is a hysterical and super fun paranormal romance. Fae, being thrown on an island with paranormals that want to be your mate and so much more.
Okay, these books are fantastic. Completely steamy, filled with fun quirky characters, lots of love, fighting the love and just good stories.
This series is so good, you will laugh and cry and laugh so hard you cry.
Such a fun series, only 2 books in however. If you like stubborn female leads, enemies to lovers and witchy goodness, you will love this series.
