This list is to provide ease to your guests with dispensers that for us are a no brainer. We also advocate for protecting your assests, yes even your pillows, mattresses, etc. The wear and tear alone can eat into your profits. We recommend spending a little more upfront to avoid having to needlessly replace items sooner than necessary.

Tailoring your listings to accomodate children can set you apart from the competition. Guests love to be able to travel with their kids and know that the things they enjoy at home are available to them when they arrive to their destination.

As a coffee snob, I can't recommend these expresso/coffee options enough. I personally own all of these machines. I use them in my own home or offer them to my Short Term Rental guests. Some listings we keep simple with a Kuerig, but mostly because they are widely used and people are familiar with their functionality. As our listings become higher end we go from a Nespresso to a Breville Expresso machine.
