I love my watch! I honestly bought it to motivate me to get up and move. Now if I'd only remember to put it on! Lol! Kidding! I like that it reminds me to move and it also allows me to monitor my heart rate, track steps, and sends me little notifications from my phone so that I can see who is calling or texting me and decide if I need to answer or if it can wait till later.... My husband received this shirt as a gift and absolutely loves it. He says it is true to size and fits him well. He's 6'3" with long arms and the sleeves reach his wrists without having to stretch the shirt sleeves. The length is great, too!
