I have used these for YEARS and there are SO many exercises that you can do with them. Get that full body workout experience in your own home…and they do not take up alot of space either!

I started doing races regularly in my late 40's. I started with dozens of 5Ks, then 10Ks, the 10 milers, then half marathons…and finished with a full Marathon. I thought I was done running then but I still do 5-10K races. I LOVE running, it is my therapy. Something about being outside in nature and just feeling whatever weather there is on my face is an amazing feeling for me. When I am running, I am running my own race, it is me time and I just love it.
