I don’t subscribe to many newsletters (who wants their inbox flooded with marketing messages?!).  The ones I do choose have to feel calm, thoughtful, and worth opening. These are short, grounded emails that offer good ideas, simple inspiration, or a fresh perspective without adding noise to my day.
